Tri-Lift NC has been serving the Material Handling Industry since 1968. Tri-Lift NC is a full service distributor for Clark and TCM forklifts, Genie and Haulotte aerial platforms and a wide range of material handling products and systems. Tri-Lift NC is a company large enough to support extensive material handling equipment needs, yet small enough to provide its clients with local, personalized service.
Lack of an online presence and marketing materials was preventing Tri-Lift NC from growing their business. Tri-Lift NC was in need of a corporate website, marketing materials and business cards. The challenge was to create new marketing tools that would match the existing company identity, yet keep the consistent look across all new materials. Tri-Lift NC was also looking for a way to promote its products online and develop “call-to-action” messages in order to convert their visitors to customers.

The business solutions provider also implemented a CMS solution, giving Tri-Lift NC the ability to easily update the content throughout the site as well as the online catalog listings. To help Tri-Lift NC with “call-to-action” messages, Dynamic Quest developed multiple forms on the site that allowed the site visitors to request specific information from various departments including parts, services, rentals, and sales. Since the successful launch of the site, Tri-Lift NC relies on Dynamic Quest for web hosting and maintenance along with web statistics to monitor the progress and traffic of the new site.
Branding of Tri-Lift NC resulted in a stronger company image. The online presence improved the company’s visibility and lead to a significant profit increase. The company website not only serves as a great resource for current and potential clients, it is also a marketing tool for Tri-Lift NC reaching new markets and bringing better lead conversions.
